trial?
Yes - your first month is free if you opt for the Package 1 'pay monthly'
option. We are so confident that you'll love the software
that we are prepared to let you use it for one month totally
free of charge. During this period, you can contact us
with any questions you may have. At the end of the month,
if you like the software you will automatically be billed
the monthly subscription fee. If you
don't like it, let us know and we will disable your account and
you will pay nothing.
Can I convert to the PAYG option from the pay monthly option?
Yes. You may have been using the software for a single
month or a number of months and then decide you would rather pay
as you go (PAYG) rather than
paying monthly. Most of our customers take advantage of the
free trial that comes as part of the pay monthly option.
What is the hosted
package?
We can install the software on your site. This will enable
you to create unlimited accounts for other people so effectively become a
reseller of the software.
Is there a
minimum contract?
No - you can cancel at any time.
How do I access my
account?
Once you have signed up for your free trial or paid for the software, you will be sent your own
unique login details. As the software is hosted online,
you can access your account from anywhere in the world where you
have an Internet connection.
Are there any
instructions that come with the software?
Yes, you will receive a full instruction eBook which covers
everything from importing / exporting data, creating emails,
using templates, customising forms and using auto responders.
You will also get free email support.
