With the help of your adviser, once you have decided on what solution you require, then he / she will research the market on your behalf for a product that most closely matches your needs and because all our advisers are vetted and continually monitored on the advice they give, you will have the confidence that you're receiving the best product for you needs at a competitive price.

How long will this process take?

The time it will take for your adviser to research the market for the best product for you will depend on the nature of your enquiry.  If it's a simple insurance policy such as motor or household insurance, it can be a matter of minutes, often while you're still on the phone.  Our advisers have access to powerful sourcing software which scans the market for products that most closely match your needs and budget.  If your enquiry is of a more complex nature such as an investment or pension switch, not only will the initial 'fact finding' process be longer, but the research process will be longer as there are more considerations to be take in to account.
