out below do not in any way affect your statutory rights.
Placing your order & making payments
You can purchase products securely
online by credit card (Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Solo,
Switch, JCB, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing etc).
Transactions are processed on the Worldpay secure server.

Delivery
Deliveries of products are to U.K and
other parts of the world. However, some countries have
been restricted from making purchases on the website. If
your country is restricted you’ll be informed during
purchase. To such countries we do not make deliveries.
Products are shipped within three days of placing order
but please allow up to 21 days for your orders to arrive.
Privacy & Security Statement
We are committed to protecting your
privacy. We will only use the information that we collect
about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data protection

Guarantee
We are 100% confident that you will be
delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you
are not happy with any product purchased from us, simply
return it to us in a resalable condition within 30 days
for a full refund. Please enclose a note stating the
reason for its return.
Cancellation and Return Of Order
In accordance with the European
directive on distance selling and Consumer Protection
(distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to
cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days
starting the day after you receive your goods. If you wish
to cancel your order please contact us at
customerservices@self-improvement-centre.co.uk or call
us on 0845 365 2310.
We will ask you to return the goods to
us (at your cost). We will issue a refund within 30 days
of cancellation. Please be sure to return items in a
resalable condition, i.e. items should be returned, where
possible, in their original box. When returning items
through the post we advise you to obtain proof of posting
from the Post Office.
Opting Out Of Our Mailing Database
Please note that you can opt-out of our
mailing lists at any time if you do not wish to receive
any further marketing materials from us either via email
or by post. Every email you receive from us will give you
the opportunity to opt-out of the lists. You can also
unsubscribe from future mailing from our website or simply
send us an email to unsubscribe at
unsubscribe@self-improvement-centre.co.uk stating what
mailing list you want to unsubscribe from.
VAT
All our products are subject to VAT
except for printed books which are zero-rated
